Snap Art was previously reviewed by DigitalDingus, and a much more elaborate review can be seen on the DigitalDingus Snap Art Review page. However, the following is more of an overview of what Snap Art can do. Alien Skin is generous in providing Snap Art with the Eye Candy Effects Collection. Snap Art has a clever name, and it really is how it sounds: complex art renditions are completed in a snap.

One of my favorite filters in Snap Art is Oil Paint. Below is an example of a few simple tweaks which give a realistic look, revealing more detail than the standard Oil Paint settings, but yet still leaving an overall impression of the Oil Paint effect.
