Battery Grip for 10D

I know the grip is about 3 years old.

And I feel $175 is too much for it. Vance will tell you I reject offers I consider too high.

I need to see what shipping willl be (UPS or USPS?) and we can then talk. But $175 is too much, even if I included shipping.

Let's call it closer to $125 plus shipping. I'll try to get you the cost for shipping. Give me a PM so I have a mailing address for it please.

Your wife hates it? It must be a Female thing there is a lady who works at the Visual Arts Center here locally that has a grip for another model camera and hates it too.

How old is the grip you have?

I've been looking on Ebay to see what they are going for and I have
seen them going anywhere from $142.50 to $199.00.

I can't afford to go too crazy because we just moved from California to Oregon and the cost of the move really put a dent in my mad money.

At the same time I want to be fair to you I don't expect you to give it away either.

At the present time the best I can do is $175.00, funds are just to tight
since the move. I probably shouldn't be spending money on a grip but since they are apparently discontinued I may not have much more time to get one.

If that's to low then that's ok I have made it so far with out one.

I will check back in here soon to see if you posted a reply.

Yes I have been tracking it since it left Austin. It's been fun because I have been trying to guess what route it would take to get here.
I didn't do to bad either in my guessing of the states I thought it would go through but I only guest right two cities it would stop at. Hee Hee!

I have to say this for UPS they are right on when they give a delivery date,
I'm actually a little surprised that there wasn't an attempt to deliver it here yesterday because it was in Hermiston Oregon which isn't that far away.

I guess UPS has to stick to it's delevery schedule though which is cool
I'm just excited to get the grip.

Sorry I haven't posted sooner my wife and I have been constantly unpacking our stuff since we moved so alot of my time has been dedicated to that.

Yes it arrived on time and in top notch condition thank you so very very much.

I took it out of the box mounted it on the 10D, popped my batteries in it and headed out the door and down to the beach. I put her through her paces and she came through with flying colors. Shooting in the verticle now is a pleasure and so much easier to do.

It may be my imagination but it seems to me with the extra battery power the focus is a tad faster.

Has the check arrived yet?

I mailed it February 28 which was a monday around 11am pacific time so it should arrive soon if it hasn't already.

Keep me posted if there is any problem, you have my phone number, email and physical address.

If for some reason the check should get lost in the mail let me know and I will go to my bank and have them wire the money to you.
