Last Sunday, after a day of snow and ice, I got out to see how bad the roads would be for a Monday drive to work. Took the camera because one can't take photos if the camera is at home. :)
Turned the corner off a busy street to head home and saw this.

Using a handheld meter, I calculated the exposure as F4 @ 1/2000 with ISO 100. Yes, it was a VERY bright day.
For processing I used Aperture and the demo of Silver Efex from Nik. Have since purchased the entire collection for Lightroom and Aperture.
