Question for our illlustrious Wedding Photogs.

Nah.. he was very polite about it.

Basically, he feels that the forum may be too professional for me at this time.

He had sent a request for me to tell him about myself, and what type of wedding photography I do. In my letter back to him I told him I was more or less a very enthusiastic(sp) amatuer, looking to someday take it further with both wedding and portraiture.

Vance, don't take it personally at all. They recently had problems with people who weren't wedding photog's signing up and causing problems with their 30 day trial. I think he's just being overcautious.

Now as for what you SHOULD have said...

Matt, as you may have seen, they are fairly strict that you must do weddings and or portraits to be a member. That said, there is a ton of photographic knowledge there. It's nice because what I receive in business tips, I can return in technical tips.

I took absolutely no offense at all, and considering some of the problems we had here in the growth period, I can understand his need to weed, per say.

It's like I responded back to Jeff, there may be a day that I find his forum advantageous to me, and then I'll try again at that time.

On the humorous side, he just lost $100, and I saved it. ;o)
