Nik software

Hi,

Since getting Aperture for Christmas, I've been toying with ditching, as much as possible, PS CS3. To that end, I need a good B&W tool. Nik's Silver Efix Pro seems to fit this bill. For $100 I can get their entire collection.

Anyone here have experience with Nik software? I thought Joe did and am looking for advice and opinions because $300 is a LOT to spend these days.

Found a 25% off coupon and purchased the complete collection for Aperture/Lightroom this evening. Played just a short time with the plug-ins and I think I am going to like them.
