Looks like EF-S (1.6x) 10MP, 5+fps, 5D AF, self cleaning, 3" LCD with at least limited weather sealing (see buttons and new flash hot shoe).

The XTi still seems like something which would be good enough for me. But, we'll see how much $$$ I can save for a 40D.
