Personally, I think the image quality is as good as...or better than the 1Ds MK II. I might be a little too excited, but the images are so clean, it's not funny. This is why I LOVE larger pixel images!!!! :D

Caution Huge file

Postby Cimager » Oct Tue 04, 2005 11:39 am

I purchased from the Piepuls Camera. A local family owned store. I only buy my camera's from him. Can save on the net etc. but if I have the slightest problem with any camera or related items I just bring it back in and he takes care of it. Now If you was a full resolution photo to check out the detail. Here's the photo. I coverted to JPG from a 12+meg file but left the size intact. The background is blured since I focused on the dog only. A 13 x 19 print of this is just stunning. Still playing with better focusing on it. Was spoiled with the DEP setting on the 10D and the 45 AF points of the 1Ds

You might want to just post a link to the image. I had to scroll five miles sideways to enter text. :)

:dp on me. LOL Ok JB I posted link instead. Sorry about that. Ummm maybe you need a bigger monitor. :up I'm only going to leave that link up a few days. Noticed my bandwidth sagging. :bs Don't want to use it all up before month is over. Who knows I could get visitors to my site. Well once I finish it. Right now during the remake of it only some 5D pics on it.

Warren - looks like you are enjoying all that high rez once again!

Thanks for posting the image.

This is indeed a very interesting niche this camera has created.
