I walked briskly around the building complex on their pot-holed track. Does that count?

Tony,

I didn't feel the burn, so I think you need to double the walk time. ;)

I rode 36 miles on my bike the other day. I'd really like to do a 62 mile run (100k) on the bike some day soon.

How goes the abs of steel challenge?

I'm no closer myself, though I have increased my fiber intake quite a bit so maybe I can fart my way to in shape.

Hey JB,

Way to go man! :bd :dance :up

Proud of ya, I have been doing a little working out too but I can't jog so I have another way
of shedding those stubborn pounds.

Here I am on what they call the TRIKKE.

This is the T12 the biggest one they make.

This is a lot of fun though it takes a little bit of time to learn how to get this thing to go
but not to hard to learn. I've lost quite a bit of weight with this TRIKKE and I am getting both a physical and cardio work out at the same time.

They are a tad on the expensive side the T12 runs around $599.00 but they way I looked at it, WHATS YOUR HEALTH WORTH?

Keep up the good work JB I'm pulling for ya.

Have a great day.

Heres a video of how they work. I have to say the first part of the video is way advanced riders doing things I would never do at half my age but the rest of the video does show you how we sane people do it.

I hope that link works it's one of those pop up flash video things.
I've found clicking on the Play Arrow in the top right of the window
doesn't seem to do anything but pressing the play button in the bottom
left hand corner works.

Have a great day.
