Hey Tony,

Actually, I'm getting ready to start a very loooooong week of 11 ten hour graveyard shifts. (OT!!!!)

At the end of which, I have a trip out of town for a big High School event up in Dallas, where I'm hoping to be able to make it, provided my clock hasn't been cleaned.

Basically I'm saying I'll be tied up for a while.

We are destined to probably never meet, at least at the rate we are going.

Sorry Tony, I've been gone all afternoon / night. I could do a trip to Austin sometime in the next week. A weekday would be preferable, to avoid as many people as we can. The one day of the week not good for me is Wednesdays (evenings).

Actually, I am a musician and have played some country in the distant past. I once played (Drums) with a blind singer/piano player named Bobby Doyle who started with Kenny Rogers in his early Houston days. Bobby would start the set with a tip jar and fifth of whiskey setting on his Fender Rhodes. By the end of the night the tip jar would be full and the whiskey bottle would be empty. That was years ago but Bobby may still be playing in the Austin area.

Sorry Tony, I am either working or on call 24/7 the next couple of weeks.

Besides being a rediculous distance away... I'm heading north for a week
in the north country (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and if gas prices come down maybe Canada as well), so I can't take you up on your offer...

(aren't you relieved)

ps - Gas dropped today to $3.03 and there are reports of $2.99 in places,
all I need is another 50cents for Canada
